When a student is medically unable to attend school for 10 consecutive school days or 15 cumulative school days, Home Instruction may be an option. Please contact your school nurse for additional information. Forms must be completed in entirety by the students physician and signed by the parent/guardian. The Home Instruction Application is processed in consultation with the school nurse, school counselor, and district physician.
