In our elementary schools, students are grouped by grade levels and assigned a dedicated school counselor. To ensure consistent support, we do not honor counselor change requests from students or parents. Mrs. Danielle DiPinto, School Counselor
Mrs. DiPinto joined the Bells staff in 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Rowan University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Wilmington University. Mrs. DiPinto is the 504 team coordinator and serves on the I&RS team. She will be teaching classroom lessons, leading small groups and meeting with students individually. Her goal is to provide students with resources needed to ensure academic, career, and personal/social success.

Mrs. Noelle Mathews, Traveling School Counselor
Mrs. Mathews received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York College of PA. She also has her Master of Arts in School Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She worked as a school counselor in an elementary school in Baltimore for over five years. Most recently, Mrs. Mathews worked as a long-term counseling sub at Hurffville Elementary, Wedgwood Elementary, Washington Township High School, and Orchard Valley Middle School. She is thrilled to be a full-time member of the WTPS counseling community.
